The jackets I got on sale were great! HOWEVER, I was shipped a damaged jacket and customer service di not seem great, so I rated it a 3. One of my jackets, the Ionic Windcheater (G50110LT), had two cuts at the bottom of the jacket when it was delivered (I noticed the two cuts immediately after taking the jacket out of the plastic package, I took photos for record). Right away, I tried calling and using the online return/exchange, but, because the jackets I purchased were on sale online and had a no return policy, I wasn't able to even exchange the damaged jacket. I would have given a higher rating, but it's unfortunate that I couldn't at least exchange the damage jacket.
