Love the product and value but the website for online purchasing is outdated, which is not in line with the brand promise. The functionality feels first generation, sign up for the discounts doesn’t work (I’ve tried twice) and customer service is poor - delayed and impersonal online response and indifferent telephone representatives.Foe this reason I keep my purchases to a minimum.
