Love your products, I feel they are well made and use great quality materials. Brick and mortar stores are really well stocked and have lots of options and choices. Online store is nice, and have great sales. But lately I made an order for a jacket on sale, and it came damaged upon arrival. I had sent an email about it and I have yet to receive a reply back. I know that all sales are final with that jacket, but I also paid for a brand new jacket without any defects. IN this case I believe that i should get the opportunity to get either a refund or at least an exchange for a product that is damaged upon arrival.
