I haven't received my package yet. Everytime I try and contact customer care over live chat, they redirect me to mail the investigation team which I have mailed them twice and still haven't heard from them. I do not understand why I am being tossed between the customer care representative and the investigation team who do not seem to acknowledge my mail. This is the worst experience I have ever come across.
