I shopped on superdry for the very first time and used the size guide on their website to get my size. It said that I would fit in size ‘M’ and thats my usual size that I wear in all other brands and I bought some T shirts from final sale. Once they arrived, all the t shirts were tight for me. I emailed the customer service saying that their website said that I will fit in size ‘M’ and it did not fit me. They said that I bought everything from final sale and they will not accept returns. I requested them for an exchange as a first time curtousy, but they refused to do that even their website showed a wrong size that I would fit into. I don’t recommend this brand.
