Terrible! I had accidentally entered my old address for delivery but realized my error before order was even dispatched but instead of taking some small extra effort, customer care kept saying they can do nothing. Understand, the order had not left warehouse; but no, too much work for them to sort it out. On being asked the customer representative started copying pasting his single response 'work with the carrier we cant do anything'. the carrier - UPS said they had not received the package and tha the sender can fix this issue, but not Superdry. Lazy and bad service. The package is now in some UPS warehouse and I am trying hard to get this sorted but I can say with certainty I will not be shopping with Superdry again. Congrats you guys did really well to lose a customer.
