Ordering on the site was a breeze. It did take longer than most online purchases I have done. I finally received my order and it's completely different than what I ordered. I ordered 3 women's hoodies and sweatshirts. What I received was 4 2xl Men's shirts. I tried to go on the site for customer service but the only thing available was chat or email. No phone number to talk to someone. The chat was no help. All it did was told me to take pictures and send them via email. Also, the chat representative was a little pushy. If robots can be like that. His name was Mark. I emailed the care center and I did receive an email back telling me that it could take 7 days for a response. At this point, I just want a refund. I will never buy SuperDry clothing again.
