After adding one hoodie in the shopping cart, your website kept clearing my shopping cart while adding another item. I kept trying more than 5 times, then I gave up and made the purchases into two transactions instead. Besides that, I specifically put my sons as the package recipients in the shipping info, which is clearly shown in my confirmation receipt email. But your system still mistakenly changed me as the recipient instead for both packages, which increases a lot of risk of making the package undeliverable to my son’s place. It’s a truly extreme disappointed online shopping experience with Superdry.
