Both my teens are in love with Superdry. And I am happy that the delivery of online orders is always prompt, exchanges/returns are easy. Clothes are durable, survive washing easily, don’t fade, yet fabric is sooo soft and design is trendy. The only trouble from the customer usability standpoint is that once you put an item in your cart, there is no active link to the item w/details avail. from the cart. You need to type the name of the item in search field and then scroll down, it’s pretty time consuming :(
