Purchased a 2 pack of ski socks. The socks arrived with a store security sensor through both pairs of socks. I emailed the company with a photo attached, I received a response a day or 2 later. They said to mail the socks back and they would send out a replacement after they received my return. Thats not very helpful since my ski trip was 3 days later. Needless to say I had to purchase somewhere else.Not very good costumer service if you ask me. Very inconvenient solution on their end.I will most likely not shop with them anymore
