Horrible Experience

I purchased my first coat from you in middle of December. My coats zipper was not working properly it kept on getting stuck. I sat down in a car and the coat ripped a little. So I called customer service and they said I either can get a return or exchange label to send it back to the company or they said I can bring it back to a superdry store. So I decided to take it back to a super dry store to exchange it. When I got there the manager told me that that they can't except damaged returns in the store and he composed an email to the superdry headquarters explaining the situation and put my email so super dry headquarters can be in contact with me. It's been almost a month and still did not not hear back from you guys. So I called up the company and explained to this lady the situation and she said she offered me $15 for my troubles and sent me a link where I can return and exchange it. I did not think $15 was a fair enough compensation since I lost allot more money than $15 after all the travel time. So she told me I can contact the headquarters and forward them our conversation because she can not offer more than that. After I forwarded the email I have still been waiting to receive an email from them its been over two weeks still no response. So I was forced to exchange it with no compensation in the end. When I placed the exchange it asked me what coat do I want and wrote exactly what it said on superdry and even checked that they had my size in stock which they did. Instead of receiving an exchange I saw the money refunded to my account which I was really pissed about. I did end up placing another order with you guys because you had a really expensive down coat on sale and I needed a coat asap becauseit is freezingin New York City. This will be my last time shopping with you guys. Your customer service is disgusting and horrible and don't bother reading emails. Have a great day.
