I do not appreciate the low level of customer service. I placed an order for a jacket and I do not have any idea if or when to expect it. I have tried calling the customer service line and no one is ever available to speak. I have no idea if I have wasted my money as I cannot even see how to cancel my order. I order a lot of things online and I have never seen something look so shady in a purchase yet, My money has been received by the company. I received email to confirm the order and to confirm that they shipped it but, not tracking information at all. The link to track the package does not show anything. This is the worst experience with an order I have ever had from any company.
