I had two orders. The second one went off without a hitch. However, the first one was not the best experience. I had asked for pens with black. When I was asked to approve the order, I noticed that blue ink was on the order and I asked for black. I was told that the order was already being processed and I couldn't change it. I asked twice, but I finally said give me the order with blue ink so I would have them on time for the event. I thought there was some sort of satisfaction guarantee.
