I am still waiting for the new invoice as the design tool and proof does not show the line drawn through the font unless you zoom in. Neither one had a zoom in option. I did not first discover the line crossing out my text until the pens arrived. The second time was my 4th contact to customer care in which Adam was kind enough to enlarge the image. He and I agreed to 15% since he was more polite and helpful than the previous agent who hung up on me. Please send me my new invoice. Geraldine Bodi
