Well, I’m just gonna tell you it was kind of an aggravating experience purchasing from this company. First off you know I’m not used to this kind of thing and I went in to place this order and there was an option to have them just go ahead and send out the product or You could choose to have them send you the picture of the product what it would look like first for your approval. They kept asking me for several days. I think it was like four days in a row. I kept getting emails to approve it and I was like. …”OK ALREADY!!!”. I have filled it the first day anyway my big Complaint well, there’s two things wrong first off, I made an order for two items just so I could see what the product looks like and I got a text that the package was delivered. The proof of delivery was just a picture of darkness because it was 9:06 PM. I never received the package. I had to put in a claim with Paypal. So because I needed this very quickly for a deadline to be reviewed, I went ahead and ordered the same exact order a second time because I figured I’d wind up getting reimbursed for the first one that I didn’t receive. Anyway, there was a representative that called me to make sure that I reviewed again and that I approved well her attitude was just snide. She just came off as very snotty. I asked her well. I never received the order because I was confused. I didn’t know why she felt it necessary to call me and I was very nice to her. I said well I never received the order and she said “ I have NO clue what your talking about, I’m simply asking for an app approval for an order yes or no”? She said it’s so snotty. I was kind of shocked. I’ll tell you what she’s got balls. I don’t know if that was recorded or not, but if I were her supervisor or her employer, and I heard the way she spoke to me I would fire her on the spot. I’m a firm believer that if you don’t like your job, there are too many jobs out there to be had be persistent and looking for jobs and eventually you’re gonna get one to replace it. Miserable people spread that disease. The review of the products one was a T-shirt that I wanted something written on it and it was just garbage. It was plastic type of lettering on the T-shirt and the T-shirt was very poor quality. The other one was a zip up sports jacket, a lightweight type of thing and it was actually embroidered and that was a lovely job. The product was also nice too. Of course I paid a lot more for that but the job was superb. If anybody really wants something to look nice plastic lettering isn’t gonna cut it, go with the embroidering. I thought that the T-shirt would be embroidered too, but I guess I was wrong. I would actually use this company again. I would just make sure that T-shirts that are ordered or high-quality T-shirts. Don’t just I forgot what brand I got but be very careful. The brand that you get and order one first to make sure that it’s not garbage. Also, make sure that the T-shirt can actually BE embroidered. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO LOOK CLASSY EMBROIDER IT
