EDIT: Square's September 2025 reply below directs me straight back to the beginning of the endless support loop they've held me in since January of 2025. For whatever reason it's not a priority for Square to commit the necessary resources to troubleshooting issues in their platform.My original review:There’s a lot to like about Square, but in my experience, support isn’t one of them. For eight months, Square support has refused to acknowledge, let alone troubleshoot, a flaw in their Appointments platform’s external calendar sync feature. I have documented the issue exhaustively, but their agents keep sending me boilerplate troubleshooting steps from their knowledge base that are irrelevant to the symptoms I’m reporting. This is especially frustrating because the issue affects the only feature I pay to use. Of course I’ve considered canceling, but in my research, Square is the least unattractive option for allowing clients to manage their own appointments. It works just often enough to be worth keeping.
