The customer service. Lack of speaking to banking department. The fraud department flagged an invoice and caused us much hardship with time and the customer's funds were being held by your team. I could not speak to anyone that could explain the issue. To date the reason was inaccurate. The funds came from a bank NOT a credit card as your team claimed. Every time I emailed or spoke to a person, there was a different story and reason for the flagging of funds. Square has to work on customer service with banking, I also has issues with paying bills. A check got lost, then I canceled auto pay and the check send anyway..without anyone to speak to about the problem. It takes days if not weeks to resolve a simple question or issue. m
