I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to locate missing payments that were made through one of square's third party providers. While I have provided receipts and transaction numbers, square has not been any help. They keep referring me back to the 3rd party vendor who in turn says that the issue lies with Square. As a business owner, not only am I out of a few hundred dollars due to the missing transactions - what I am most pissed about is that I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Square going in circles. Do not use square's app integrations because if there is an issue, they will not help you.
