This is the third review I have made and apparently, this is the only way to obtain an actionable step. We held a square account for several years, the co-founder passed away, access was taken from us. We received several steps to complete in order for things to move forward.We have done everything that has been requested. Now, there is no response. 3-5 days is not the true scope of response. I have had to re-submit inquiries regarding the status of our account several times over the last 8 months. We have several thousands of dollars waiting to be deposited into our account, donors are still actively donating to the site, and we have no access to anything, even after providing all of the requested information to rectify the problem. This seems to be the only way for me to get a response from the company, I haven't even seen a reply from my most recent inquiry, not even an automated message. I guess I will just keep doing this until there is a resolution.
