Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had the customer service was atrocious.I have two companies with square and I'm doing over 700k a year in sales and planning an expansion to get me over a million. I called after I was having issues deciding what equipment I needed. I couldn't get any help with equipment the rep that answered the phone. She was hard to understand and didn't have a clue how to do her job. If something doesn't get fixed with the customer service I'm moving to clover..
