Sellers BEWARE. Square flagged a purchase as fraud, causing us to go through the process of filing a police report, sending legal letters to the customer, only to find out that SQUARE is at fault. They won't release the funds and are demanding that we pay over $800 to unlock the account. Funds they never gave us. Their customer service reps can't do anything, and they'll simply give you the run-around or hang up, forcing you to start all over. We've lost money, time, and legal fees. Square doesn't care. I've been asked to add more details. I can't put the police report here publicly and I can't reveal the customer's name legally, but both point to having paid for the item. It's up to Square to release the funds. The customer service line is not helping with the situations.
