The fees are ridiculous and the loan percentage is also outrageous. For $100 dollars I’m losing 20-30 dollars depending on how they pay. And banking through square is another joke. How can you claim to be a FDIC bank but refuse to side with your actual banking accounts. I shouldn’t have to request a new card to have you block a transaction or have to beg you to refund me. But I bet you wouldn’t protect me if someone claimed a dispute against me. Once my current loan is payed off I will be leaving square. I’ve found plenty of other pos systems that offer better fees and actually care about their user. And I will soon switch from square banking to chase bank for my business.
