We have been with Square for all of our processing since 2020. The biggest reason we stayed with them was their square loans program which really helped our growing excavation business. Well recently we were eligible for a $41,000 loan we applied for it never been declined anymore, but recently we were declined because they said that our other Square account was past due on Our loan payments. I tried to reach out to underwriting numerous times they never reached out. Finally I received an email stating the same thing that our other account was past due on Square loan payments. We do not have another account nor have we ever I told them if there is another account in our name it’s fraudulent and I need an investigated immediately to date have we have not heard anything back. I’ve never had a company take a fraudulent claim so un seriously .We are going to be leaving square because of the customer service and their lack of professionalism. they just don’t care about their customer.
