Recently, I tried to order a second machine for another business at the same address. What followed was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company.Despite already being verified, Square demanded a new ID check, which repeatedly failed even though my information was correct. I contacted support—only to be told there is no email, no complaints process, and no way to escalate the issue.I’ve tried email forms, phone calls, code verifications—none of it leads to a solution. Support just tells you to try again, then locks the account. And on weekends? They’re closed.I bought the new card reader with my own money. It’s now unusable, and no one is helping. If I could send the machine back, I would. If I could warn others, I will—and this is part of that.
