Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Apparently Square bought Weebly and when I tried to log in, weebly made me link to a square account. Square then couldn’t verify my identity (whatever that means) so they locked me out. I spent over an hour and half with customer service and went through 7 agents just for them to say well we can’t do anything. You have to make a new account and a new website. I spent months making that website and now it’s all gone. I’m absolutely livid! I will never ever use square in my life.
