My account suffered multiple strange issues - all modifiers disappeared from my website and items would randomly disappear from the library and website. I spent hours with chat and phone support, each time thinking we got somewhere. I quickly learned that the support agents just lie to you if it is not a simple issue. It got to a point where my case would "randomly" get dropped in the middle of our chat. Update: 4/22/25Thanks for the reply. I don't even know which claim number I would have given you. I was given ~6 of them. Support eventually admitted that it was a syncing and reindexing issue that would need to be handled by advanced support. Then, a new support agent joins the chat and I had to start over. This time I asked them to cancel my account and issue me a refund - that was super simple and quick! I ended up deactivating my account and starting a new one with my items library export. I will likely move to Shopify once I have time to learn their platform.2nd Update: (1 star to 3 star) 4/22/25Followed the advice to reach out to their socials. Received a processing credit.
