I just had the same issue some of the others are having. We are a swimming pool business and had a customer pay one of their deposits...it was accepted and actually deposited in our business account, then they had another payment they needed to pay to order their pool and they made the payment. It was declined because they needed more information. I sent them the information and finally it was approved. Customer made the payment again it went thru only for them to restrict the funds to be transferred into my account. The next step was to get them the same information they requested. I did that and they closed my account and they are now holding my customers/my money for 90 days.
