We really love using Square at our trailer dealership. While it seems like it’s more designed for clothing and retail, it actually works great for us too. The free version lets us handle everything—estimates, invoicing, billing, and payments—all in one spot, which is super handy. Since we’re often on the road a lot, having the apps makes it easy to keep working during deliveries, even when we have to drive to the other side of the country.Plus, I think Square is going to make tax season a lot easier for us this year. My only issue is with the credit card fees. Since we often sell trailers for tens of thousands of dollars in one go, those small percentage charges can really add up.
