I swear this is the WORST customer service I have ever had. All I needed to do was update my telephone number so that I could verify and access my account. I spoke with reps via chat over the weekend who advised I would need to call in to update my phone number. When I called in the rep stated that another department would contact me via email after "researching' my account. I then called back on a different day after not receiving an email. I held on to the line maybe 30-45 minutes because I refused to hang up. I also spoke with another rep via chat who kept saying I Just needed to call in and verify my info over the phone. I finally was transferred to a supervisor, who was American. When I explained my issue he said, "I don't understand why they transferred you to a supervisor if that's all you need. You just need to speak with our accounting services department, they will verify some information and update your phone number." The manager transferred me to the account services department and guess what, the foreign rep hung up on me. I explained just what the supervisor said, and he hung up. I called back and received another foreigner who was reading the same script about me waiting for an email. Meanwhile this is holding me up from working. AWFUL!
