A customer falsely disputed a charge and Square removed the funds from my bank account (not Square account, my bank account) in under 24 hours without my permission and without evidence from the customer suggesting anything was wrong with the charge. Customer "support" is a complete joke. Edited to respond to Square's response: I have been attempting to contact support since yesterday morning and I am not getting any response. Please check your email, I have sent you several. Please also listen to the recordings of each time I have called, none of your representatives were able to give me a response besides they will "escalate" the issue, which supposedly takes 1- 2 business days. 1- 2 business days to respond to a customer? That is absurd.
