My situation a salesman (unknown no appointment) waited till staff was busy picked up terminal and quickly ran reports to show savings. Staff can't make decisions but he didn't know who did. Contacted help line and received a solution to problem with in hours it was corrected. My fault for not having locked out the report center, but help was at the end of phone call. Just luck it had not happened prior. Please remember service and quality do have a cost involved.
