UPDATE (In response to square's reply):If I violated the policy, you should have directly notified me EXACTLY what I did wrong so I can fix the error. Telling me to re-verify my identity to continue accepting payments every month using the veriff app doesn't tell me what I did wrong. It tells me you want to collect the same info you have on file.DO NOT USE!I used them since 2003 with no problems until mid 2004.Then I got monthly emails from them asking me to reverify my account with veriff app which involved doing some facial recognition scan but my computer is not compatible. I called them, emailed them, and used their online chat to try to come to a resolution and today they decided to deactivate my account (aka disable my ability to collect payment). They wouldn't restore it, and they wouldn't explain why, so now I refunded the people and closed my entire account and recommend you do the same.
