I really thought square would be the best card processing provider but I have been so disappointed in the service. I paid $60 for the Bluetooth card reader that doesn't connect half the time, leaving me to do a manual entry which results in more processing fees. I have done troubleshooting, disconnected and reconnected, it still does not like to automatically connect in a timely fashion for my checkout. It's been very annoying for myself and my customers, so much so that I am looking for a new card processor.Edit to response from square:It's not just my ONN tablet, it's on my phone which is a supported device. The reader does not connect about 75% of the time, resulting in me manually entering and being charged more.
