Square has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They promised to send me $1000 of my own money from my reserves. They never did. Every time I tried to call to figure out the problem I got a different answer. They lie and say different thing each time. One day they said they are sorry and will send the money. They never did. So I called again they said they would look into it and email by today. And never did . I called again they said they would send me an email. Never did. Called again said I was wrong they sent the money . They never did. I called again they said they never sent it and they would send me money by the end of the day. Never did and then sent me email that they sent it when I have proof on their dashboard and my bank statements they never sent it. It’s been an absolute nightmare
