I couldn't give a ZERO. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, and an utter WASTE OF MY TIME. The agent, who had no idea what I was asking about, and even admitted as such on the recorded call, shared with me the REJECTION of me asking to be able to escalate the call to a supervisor (twice). When asked why the supervisor wouldn't speak to me, no response was given, and even as I threatened to cancel my newly formed account for being unable to speak to a supervisor. If THIS is how they treat NEW customers, I can only imagine how they treat current ones. They obviously just don't seem to value customers. SQUARE DOESN'T CARE!
