It's not very often that, when working with an online service (like SquareUp) that you are able to get proper, p[erson-to-person, 'support.' It was via email which was efficient and quick. More often than not, you are sent to pages on the company's website to read through a ton of FAQ's. Not here. I sent en email asking for assistance over an issue that I couldn't figure out on my own. I was assigned a tech (Eder was his name). He immediately responded with a step-by-step solutions with direct links. As the first issue was resolved, another issue cropped up (of course). I continue with Eder on the same email thread and, once again, without fail and with ultimate professionalism, he took care of my second issue in the same efficient manner.
