Mandalorian had Grogu. Ray had BB-8. Anakin had R2-D2. I had Square. For a small business owner with a cashflow problem, surprises can ruin everything. Square has none of that. Even taking a loan does not affect cashflow. If it wasn't for Square I doubt my business would have survived as long as it did so far. By itself, Square as a POS software is just that - software with little to no hardware that you do not really have to have. It does not add anything to your knowledge or your abilities as a professional. But for me it was more than that. It was the consistent light at the end of the tunnel I needed to survive the growing pains of first two years of small business operations. I had no business or accounting or any other experience with financial aspect of running a small business. Square was the symbol I needed to pull through. I remember at the darkest points of first year when I wasn't sure if customers would ever notice me, when I was behind on mortgage and rent for the space by months, I looked at a trend feature on Square. Believe it or not, but just looking at the trajectory of growth that was predicted by Square based on past sales, was enough for me to stop worrying about my business. And for that 5 stars may not be sufficient.
