DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS!!!! We are a wholesale distribution landscaping company and used Square to process our first credit card transaction with a client. Square then asked us to provide additional information about our business, no problem. We provided invoices, certificate of formation with the Secretary of State, and additional documents. Square then sends me an email at 3 am notifying my account has been deactivated, and they are holding the almost 4k in funds for the next 3 months or I can refund our client (the client I gave physical goods to). But here's the kick - if I refund the client, Square is STILL going to keep their cut of the money. I now have NO way to pay my contractors, and will have to take out a loan and pay interest. Square has COST ME MONEY. This app claims to support small business, but has instead completely screwed my small business and ruined us. Thank you.
