Square is the absolute worst. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM if you are a small to medium sized business. We handle 1.3 million in transactions a year and they would even get back to me. Used their chat bot numerous times. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. 5 times they never did. I made 2 appointments for an exact time for a call, they confirmed it and then they never showed on the call. I did finally talk with someone in depth and they promised to get back with me to move forward and never did. I sent 8 emails to them and they have not responded to one of them. I tried everything to give them our business and they could care less. SO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO WITH ANYONE ELSE OVER THEM. I cannot imagine how bad things would be if we had signed up with them and had an issue.
