Some reps were helpful, some not at all despite repeated requests & looming deadline.Very hard to move to a lower plan, almost got tricked into a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE plan that I didn't want.Weebly site is useful, looks good, easy to use, but trying to change plans or get help is a pain.
