I have a problem with a customer that we ran through Square. The customer cancelled the order. I immediately send a refund check to the customer. I have that cancelled check. The customer filed a complaint with Square. You opened a case and your representative on the phone told me I had to contact the customer. The customer is not talking to me. I was told by your rep that I had to contact her bank. Your company contacted the bank and they said that they would refund her money to her account. Now she has been paid back twice for the order. I got an e-mail this morning from Square that said that the case was closed. Now her account has been refunded by her bank and by me in the form of a check. That's refunded twice.
