This company is nothing but a bunch of con artists. I paid $120 to direct my domain to my portfolio site. The site worked just fine for the first 30 days, which coincidentally enough, is the only time frame for a refund. I didn't know that until almost six months later when I was informed my site wasn't working by family members. When I requested a refund, they told me there was nothing they could do because I hadn't filed a customer service ticket in the 30-day window. This was a portfolio site that I rarely visited. I had no idea there was an issue! When I filed a complaint with the BBB, their reps repeatedly told me that the site worked fine when it most certainly did not. They also refused to admit their mistake. Stay far away from this company. They are a bunch of crooks!
