If I can Rate 0 I would, this app and customer service is horrible. II’ve setup an account being a small business owner to take payments for my services 1st they aren’t able to verify my account being a whole month and I’m still not verified. 2nd holding my funds because they need to verify my account. 3rd tried to get there debit card but can’t because they can’t verify my account. Then when I trued To speak to someone the office is always closed and when I try To communicate through text or email it says I need To verify my account or to call customer service which I cant Speak with a rep because the offices are closed yet they say they are 24hours online yet via text they state they are opened Mondays - Fridays at 9-9. This app is ridiculous my funds are stuck in their system yet the deducted their position yet I cant Receive my funds not get any help.
