My square reader arrived and would not link to my phone. My phone is compatable. A friend who uses one tried to help me, I watched videos, I finally called support and spent hours with them - they were very good, but finally told me the devide was flawed and I would have to return it for a new one. VERY frustrating and time-consuming for me. I have lost sales during all this time, continue to lose them while I wait for the new one to arrive, and then I have to start all over again to get it set up and linked to my phone. POSTSCRIPT: they sent me the new reader withing 2 days as a rush order, and it set up perfectly and I have already used it, so although my initial impression was frustrating and annoying, and I did waste time on a faulty product, the replacement works well and their customer service did all I could ask for, to resolve the issue. So if yours is faulty, give them another chance. I'm glad I did.
