Customer Service is terrible! It very difficult for me to understand them and for them to understand me because of native language differences. I have to read my email to them multiple times and spend 10 minutes getting verified for a 1-minute question. They need to come up with a better way to verify their customers. This is not a one-time thing either. This is the case 80% of the time when I call. I need to get in and out without a hassle and this never is the case.
