Customer service was really good. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to a business in the mall. Unfortunately the shipping company was not able to find the business. So the parcel was returned. I ordered a new one and had it delivered to my home. I contacted customer service to ensure that they received the original one and that my credit card was credited. I heard back within a few hours and they confirmed that it was received and that my CC was credited. Very happy with customer service agent Tracy.
