Going with Square has been a smooth experience. We're a small non profit with low transactions, getting a lower rate was an initial key factor. Transactions have been easy and payments to us have consistently been deposited in our account the next business day. We charge our customers the service charge and it took a while to understand how to add that to the transactions. Hopefully the service charge can be automatically be added without our needing to manually add it.
