It's been a difficult adjustment to this system. It is hard to navigate how to input all the services and the nuances of each. Things are never how I thought I set it up when I check people out. I take the tax option off and when I go to check someone out, I have to still make sure it doesn't tax the person. I hate that it costs more to transfer my funds immediately and then sometimes I have to wait several days for them to be transferred over a weekend. I prefer my old system which isn't available. Having several appts for different purposes is confusing so I just use the point of service. but it's easier to input new or change services online.
