I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Square regarding their handling of my credit card payment transactions. My business uses Square to process credit card payments, and I have encountered a significant issue that remains unresolved despite my numerous attempts to address it with their customer support team.Specifically, Square has withheld $3,107 from my account without any clear reason or prior notice. These funds were payments made by my customers for goods that have already been delivered. Initially, I received an email from Square indicating that my funds would be held for 120 days. However, it has now been over 270 days, and I still have not received my money.I have contacted Square's customer support multiple times to resolve this issue. However, their representatives have failed to provide a valid reason for withholding my funds and have stated that they have the right to hold my money indefinitely.
