Carefully read negative reviews! Avoid this company, and I will tell you how they operate: you register, conduct initial payment operations, receive a list of questions about your business, and immediately wonder why this list wasn't asked at registration to save time servicing clients and conducting payments through Square. I responded to their questions, received a positive letter stating everything looks good and my account is back to normal. However, after accepting a second payment, I received 8 more questions, and exactly one hour after responding, my account was deactivated! It seems they're not genuinely reviewing responses or valuing customer experience, suggesting an automated block to hold balances for 120 days. I contacted my client, who confirmed no one from Square or their bank contacted him to verify the transaction. It appears Square manipulates situations without thorough investigation. Not recommended!
